How legal are do it yourself divorce papers?

I am contemplating a divorce as my wife and I are growing more and more incompatible. I want to raise my children outside of her kooky religion and I want more freedom to be who I am. Frankly I feel like I am drowning. We have two young children and I know this is a large factor in the financial situation post-divorce. What kind of child support and other payments should I expect to be responsible for?

From trading stocks on Wall Street to ordering pizza online at one’s favorite restaurant, the internet presents new and innovative ways for humans to get through the normal chaos called “life.”

One of the newest trends offered through the web community is the ability for two divorcing spouses to get their divorce on the internet.

Usher Files for Divorce

30 year-old global R&B megastar Usher Raymond IV – better known simply as “Usher” – has filed for divorce from his 38 year-old wife Tameka Foster Raymond.

While news of Usher’s June 12 divorce petition may be sending shockwaves through his legions of fans, those familiar with the marriage aren’t surprised in the least. “”[Usher has] done his best to keep Tameka away,” a source told PEOPLE magazine, confirming related accounts that they’ve been estranged for months.

However, what may get lost in the midst of the media swirl that engulfs celebrity divorces, is the impact the Divorce Lawyer process may have on the couple’s two children, 18-month old Usher Raymond V and 6-month old Naviyd. Indeed, while obviously too young to grasp the nuances and details of the impending Divorce Law, there is evidence to suggest that infants do feel the stress and emotional toll of divorce indirectly through their parents.

How can my lady get a divorce QUICK?

My girlfriend and I have been dating for awhile and, due to circumstances beyond our control, need to get married ASAP. The problem is this: she is still married. Her husband up and left over three years ago and she is having a hard time locating him. Every time I think we get close he moves again. I know there are ways around it (like posting an ad in the last known city of residence) but we really need to get this over with fast. Does anyone know where we can go to get a quick divorce? We currently live in California but my lady is in the Navy so a lot of states will recognize a “military divorce”. What about Mexico? We live 10 minutes from the border and it would be no problem going down there but we need to know the legitimacy of a Mexican divorce. Does the US recognize? What if minor children are involved (he has never seen his son)? Does Mexico require all parties be present? If anyone has any advice on how to get this down as quick as possible I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

One last thing: if you don’t know what you are talking about, please don’t respond. I don’t need to hear your amoral lectures and what not.
I specifically asked that if you didn’t know what you were talking about or wanted to give me a lecture to leave it alone.

Divorce Lawyer

The rate of divorces has increased drastically in recent years, not just in Australia but in many parts of the world. This is due to many reasons but most will agree that the change to no-fault divorces has increased the rate of divorce. Whereas years ago, couples had to prove the their spouse was “unfit” or did something wrong, with a no-fault divorce couples can obtain a divorce by merely stating they no longer wish to be married. Regardless of the reason a couple chooses to get a divorce, it’s in their best interest to find a good divorce lawyer.

Australia has very clear and relatively easy-to-satisfy divorce laws. The only requirements are that you be domiciled in Australia, be an Australian citizen or an Australian resident for at least 12 months. If you meet these requirements, and have been separated from your spouse for at least 12 months, you can file for a divorce in Australia. In certain cases, the spouses are not required to attend their court hearing. One of these situations is if there are no children under the age of 18. If you do have children under the age of 18, and both you and your spouse sign a joint divorce application, you will not need to make a court appearance unless the court waives this requirement for some reason.
