Find Indiana Divorce Records Online

It has been noted that some states keep their records of the dissolution of marriage in two locations, state and local. At the state level, these files are stored in a state repository while at the local level, they are held at the local county courthouse. For Indiana Divorce Records, searches must begin at the local courthouse where the petition for divorce was filed. If it’s not available there, then you may conduct an individual search for each county or check it at the state repository.

The personal particulars of the involved couple, the date when it was filed and finalized, the county where the petition was submitted, a certificate number, and the wife’s maiden name are the usual content of this file. If you’re planning to retrieve this report, it would be great if you’d be able to provide more important details about your subject so that the process is guaranteed to be easier and not complicated.

Bryant entered a judgment granting plaintiff a divorce from bed and board, permanent child custody and child support.  From the Order denying his motions to dismiss, defendant appealed.

Ways to Get a Quick Divorce

Before, couples who wanted to end their marriage usually have to think of creative ways on how to get a quick divorce. The American Justice System only allows couples to have a divorce once the other can prove that his or her spouse has made an unforgivable fault. Common grounds of divorce are adulteration, marital cruelty and mistreatment. Aside from the reasons stated above, there is no way a couple can legally end their marriage before. This is a distressing cycle as studies show that married couples who wanted a divorce but are still living together is detrimental for their children’s mental health. The constant fighting can create a negative impact on a child thus, it is better to separate and live in different homes to protect their child.

Couples who wanted to get divorced so badly can hire attorneys that specialize in making believable fictional stories that can convince the court to grant their clients a divorce. It is a long and exacting process; the money involved is quite large too considering that lawyer fees are charged per hour. Luckily, little by little, the court started to accept grounds for divorce other than the usual adulteration and mistreatment. The law now allows couples to divorce if they both agree to end their marriage. If married couples do not want to live together anymore, they can both agree to get a divorce and the court shall grant their request. That is one way to get a quick divorce. However, even if the court allows both parties to separate in an uncontested divorce; there are times when couples fight over assets, possessions, and child custody. This makes the divorce process lengthier and if they cannot settle these things, the court cannot provide them the legal papers of separation. In this case, the couple can separate and start living under different houses. Usually, the court will grant couples a divorce once they prove that they have been separated for over a year.

From all of the comments that I get on my blog, the ones from wives whose husbands have just filed for divorce are often the most panicked.  There’s no question that being served with or being given divorce papers can cause panic, and the perception that the clock is now ticking.  Most of my readers want to save their marriages despite the fact that their husbands have made it clear that they want out.  However, once a divorce is initiated, the process of saving your marriage is a bit more tricky because you can’t know or predict the outcome, and your marriage has now become part of the legal system.

I must tell you upfront that I’m not a lawyer and I can not offer you any legal advice.  I write about, and my experience lies, with preventing divorces by strengthening and rescuing your marriage, so this article will focus on that aspect, rather than on legal matters about which I have no experience.  I was in this situation myself a few years ago and I was able to turn it around.  The divorce never happened, so I will share with you ways that I was able to avoid it.
