Dating after Divorce!


I realize that after a divorce for some of us the last thing on our mind was dating…ever! How do you know when it’s time for you to get back in the dating pool?

It is imperative that you get financial advice during the divorce process to ensure that you maximise your assets and to ensure you are able to manage after the divorce.

You may need to get a new mortgage. Many lenders will not take maintenance or child support into account and this can cause huge problems for both parties as many cases end with one partner remaining on the mortgage of the matrimonial home for years after the asset has been transferred.

i am going to file divorce at court i know i have to wait 60 days per tx court laws, the issue is i am in iraq i am going to do this on r&r but i need to wait till i get back from iraq to finalize everything. how long can i wait before the court throws out the divorce or what ever it is that they do after nothing happens with it for a long time i have about 6 to 7 month wait after i file. is this to long?

There is a saying we all learn as early as nursery school: “treat others as you would like to be treated.”

Once the service of Summons has taken place, certain court-assigned restraining orders automatically take effect and will stay in place until after the Judgment has been signed off in court, and the divorce is final.
