My divorce, under the child support paragraph, it states that the Respondent (my Ex) shall be eligible for such reimbursement by the Petitioner (me) when such costs are related to the employment, search for employment, or employment related education of the Respondent.
What does this mean?

Has anybody had any experience with this? If so, could you share?
I am planning on filling for a divorce in Florida, and as unusual as it may seem, I don’t have the $ 400 needed to file.
After I pay my rent, cc and all other bills, gas and food and I am barely left with something, so I am considering filling for an affidavit of inability to pay costs.
Any input is highly appreciated
