My husband and I have been separated for over a year. We are going file a do-it-yourself divorce. We agree on everything, very friendly divorce. He has what he wants and I have what I want. Im just wondering if we still end up in court after we file the papers?

When it comes to the Court Room, you will find this to be a pretty place. Once the divorce proceedings begin, the outcome of your divorce is in the hands of a total stranger – the Judge.
