I need to start my divorce asap! I do not have enough money to hire an attorney or lawyer do settle it for me. I was actually instructed by a lawyer to do the divorce myself. I have found several options. I could pay hardly any money, get the papers, GUESS how to fill them out and hope for the best..or, I could pay about 300 dollars and fill out the papers online, have access to professional help and correct my mistakes for free at any-time….This sounds great to me, but can it be trusted?…Divorce Source Inc. (3stepDivorce) and Oklahoma Divorce Online are the two sources I’ve found. The first is a hundred dollars more than the second, but it seems to have many more features and security options.

Has anyone done this before? There is almost no information out there for me except online! Is getting my divorce online safe? Can I be sure that my court will even accept these documents?

Hello, I want to get a divorce from my wife who is an active addict and our daughter is in CPS custody.
