Understanding how to stop a divorce once adultery has occurred includes recognizing that trust is the major hurdle you two need to get over together. When someone is deeply devoted to their partner and then learns that person was unfaithful, it literally turns their emotional world on its end. They question everything their spouse has ever said to them including all the times they told them they loved them. They feel alone and scared and very unsure of the future.
I have a full IM of my husband and an ex-girlfriend of sexual content and intent of meeting up. Also if I had the court subpoena phone records to get text and phone content I am confident that more of the above would be found. Could that help me in the way of getting full total custody of my children and calling the shots on how we divide things up? I know technically it is not adultery, also I want to have someone dissect my laptop (as we shared it for a time being) and his laptop to show all the porn sites he has been to. Is any of this relevant I think it would help me as far as the kids go because I worry that the sex issue could change and may adversely affect my children. Do I have any ground to gain for any of this?
unfortunately our counselor seemingly likes to side with my husband. Saying “I’m not saying it is your fault (but) If you weren’t having sex with him he is going to have to find an outlet somewhere (we have never gone more than a week without sex except for the six weeks post partum that was medically necessary). I cannot count on our therapist. According to the two of them everything is my fault, and yet they also say it has nothing to do with me. LOL how can that be?

Long story short: little things set her off. I will many times sound really angry and perhaps say something rude. I’m very self-aware, though, and will quickly apologize as soon as I realize I’m hurting her feelings. But, nonetheless, every little thing will set off a 2 hour to 2 day fight!
We’ve been married for about 2 years now and this has been a frequent occurance. She is easily angered in general and also a negative person. She criticizes me constantly for things, the most recent one being my over-busyness with school. Granted, I think that is a legitimate issue and I am determined to solve this issue, but I don’t think that we need to have such turmoil in accomplishing those goals.
I know this is long but I dont know how else to explain….Please read!!!
I have been dating my boyfriend for a little more then 2 mo. and we met about 3 mo ago. He is divorced with 2 kids that practicly live with him, ( I am a single mom of 1 as well), neither one of us have met any of eachothers friends or family. He has met my son and has stayed at my house several times. I have never met his kids or even seen his house. Because of my past history ( i have dated guys who ended up being married) I am very cautious over certian things. I am at a point that I feel like he was ‘hiding” me. Every time I want him to go and do something in a group he says hes shy and doesnt even know if he can get a sitter. I can appriciate this. Yesterday his brother and sister-in-law came in to town (short notice) and I told him I think I should meet them….his responce was he would call me and let me know what was going on. He went MIA for the day and didn’t hear from him unitll later that night, way after they left town. I was more disapointed then anything. Well being concerned about the married thing, only because I have been stupid in the past I searched for his divorce records online and could not find him. Well I confronted him as nicely as possiable (he knows my past) and told him that I was concerned….he tried to confort me and apoligized for his brother and then he emailed me copies of his divorce papers for ease of mind. Great right, I apopigized for doubting him, and thanked him for helping to ease my mind. OK, so today….MIA again not returning my texts or calls. Im sure hes upset. I don’t know what to do I care for him deeply and feel like I should apoligize but at the same time I feel like I owed it to myself to make sure. WHAT DO I DO? I don’t want to loose him.
For everyone, marriage is a very sacred relationship and most people look forward to the whole concept of marriage, from choosing the right partner, to falling in love, proposing and then even making elaborate arrangements to exchange your marriage vows. However, we do not even come to know when embitterment creeps in the same marriage and we have to face a harsh reality in life – that of divorce. In fact, with every passing year, the number of divorce cases across the world are increasing. And many of us just go with the flow of life, only to realize that the marriage we had planned so much for is now ending up in a bitter divorce, where all the personal issues are being brought to the fore by lawyers, who would keep accusing and counter accusing the two parties till the whole relationship is threadbare.
However, one can also part ways and go through a divorce without making it emotionally charged and traumatic for both the parties. This can be done if both the individual and his/her spouse agree that divorce is the best option and go for an uncontested divorce. Essentially, an uncontested divorce means that both the parties are mutually agreeing to the terms of the divorce. In such a case, both the parties can negotiate the terms and conditions of the divorce on their own, without court proceedings. However, it is advisable for the couple going through the divorce to seek the services of divorce solicitors or firms that specialize on settling all types of divorce cases for clients. This is so, because they can easily take forward the proceedings of the uncontested divorce case and their experienced solicitors also help to resolve the conflicts between the two parties easily.
