Does anyone know about online divorces?

I’m interested in getting an online divorce, but know nothing about the process, or the legitimacy of the companies that offer this service. Can anyone fill me in on how this works, and even more importantly, if it’s a scam and what to watch out for? Thank you- Ps.. I called the bbb, but they didn’t have any information for me.

I just want to be divorced asap! This guy is crazy… And I don’t want anything from him either.

He has no idea that I want a divorce as far as he knows everything is fine..But I cant handle being accused everytime i leave the house for cheating i have never cheated on him so is this his own insecurity…Someone please help me on this…my main question is do this while hes away or wait till he comeback….thats where im stumped….and should of move and leave his stuff at the house (we r just renting) or should i just stay for the kids sake and move his stuff out…..O my am i confused on this anyone has any advice plz let me know……???CONFUSED???

I need to weigh all my options, if there are any options to file. What if I just take my property and leave? What ramifications wold there be a dn how would it affect the divorce request.

After all, you have a history together, and obviously were in love at some point. It is not always possible to stop a divorce, but you can stop a divorce up until the final paperwork is filed. I have heard that a couple can go to Las Vegas Nevada to get a quick divorce. How does this work if you are a resident of another state? Can we really just get the marriage over as fast as they say?
California is a 50/50 state. Will we still have to follow this law?
