married to indian ,in india, invited to live in uk as spouse, break up and went back to middle east to live with parents, refuses to accept court notices for divorce. can’t remarry unless divorced , help with how to get quick divorce.
this question is for my cousin, who has filed a petition for divorce nearly a year ago in uk county court but the court has not pronounced divorce because the respondent has not replied. hence want to know quick way to get divorce
